SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Account Executive :

This is an exciting opening for a high end inside sales representative working within the training division.
As an Account Executive, you will identify and connect with major sales opportunities. You will generate leads through a combination of Internet research, data profiling, your previously established network, referrals, and most importantly, new calling.

More than simply generating leads, you will engage with clients through "relationship selling" and determine when to move forward and confirm the sale. You will provide excellent customer service and follow-up in order to turn the client into a life-time customer.

This position will require the following:

  • At least 3 years experience in business development, either inside sales or field sales
  • Preferably have a degree in business, training and development, or HR
  • A professional telephone manner
  • An ability to hold peer-to-peer conversations with senior decision makers at large companies
  • A demonstrable commitment to the selling profession, and a desire to learn and or continue relationship and consultative sales techniques

For every confirmed sale you would be paid 20% commission on gross plus the ability to earn bonuses. No cap on commissions. Average individual sale is $3800-$7600 with commission of $760-$1520 per sale.

Sales Manager :

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales performance at our Atlanta based HQ.  Our ideal candidate is a business expert in identifying sales opportunities and revenue growth strategies and is also an effective trainer and coach in implementing appropriate methods to achieve revenue growth goals.  This exciting sales manager position delivers strategies focused on growth in support of business objectives. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • acting as an internal sales expert and partnering with operations to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities
  • identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for services in support of business goals
  • monitor the sales agents' overall effectiveness throughout the sales process and execute local sales training programs while keeping up to date on new training methods and techniques
  • consult, train, mentor, and coach associates in areas that include revenue generation performance issues and overall sales effectiveness
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of progressive experience in sales and/or sales training
  • Plus 1 year of managerial experience
  • Knowledge and experience in relationship selling and/or consultative selling

The Successful Candidate must be willing to and/or possess the following:

  • Knowledge of performance leadership and/or Quality Assurance standards
  • Prior experience or involvement in sales training, leadership development, customer/client service and/or presentation/teaching skills
  • Strong leadership, creativity and analytical skills
  • Persuasive and motivational communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
  • Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

For every confirmed sale by your direct reports, you would be paid 5% commission on gross plus the ability to earn bonuses. No cap on commissions. Average individual sale is $3800-$7600 with Sales Manager commission of $190-$380 per sale. Opportunity for extreme growth available by managing multiple sales reps. Sales Manager is also able to confirm sales directly with clients which increases the commission on that sale to 20% instead of 5%.
