AEG Repairs & Upgrades

 

Our repair and upgrade department is now open. We are currently only accepting Classic Army and Tokyo Marui AEGs at this time. Please read the Terms and Conditions of our Tech Desk Service and then click I Agree at the bottom to be taken to our online ticket submission system.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Logging an online ticket is the only way to be kept up to date regarding the progress of repairs and upgrades.

2. The labor charge for repairs and upgrades will be $50 and will include the repair or upgrade, cleaning the barrel, de-greasing the gearbox, re-greasing the gearbox, and shimming the gears. We are offering a premium service backed by the SAC guarantee. We choose not to offer you any less as it is irresponsible as a service provider.

3. We will charge you the minimum dealer pricing on all parts and accessories related to your repair or upgrade.

4. We cannot guarantee that we will have the particular part or accessory necessary for your repair or upgrade, so wait times for parts delivery may delay the completion of your service.

5. If you deliver a gun to S.A.C. before instructions from the Tech have been given to do so, we cannot predict how long it will take us to start work on your service.

6. We are currently only accepting Classic Army and Tokyo Marui AEGs. Do not log a ticket for a different type or brand of gun as it will be deleted.

7. We reserve the right to refuse any service where we feel we cannot provide you with the level of service we know you expect.

8. Parts and labor are guaranteed for 30 days.

9. We reserve the right to update these TERMS & CONDITIONS at any time.

10. I understand that a return shipping charge will be added to the service fees when we have to ship your gun back to you.

11. I understand that a $75 RUSH fee will be added to any RUSH jobs. RUSH jobs simply place your gun at the top of the list of repair or upgrade tickets. We will also allow you to pick up your gun outside or normal operating hours.

12. Guns may be dropped off or picked up between the hours of 6pm-10pm on Thursday and Friday and between 10am-10pm on Saturday and Sunday once your Tech has instructed you to do so.
